Hi, I’m Dean Walters. For decades, I made my living singing opera, conducting, and teaching. Music was my world. But after a series of physical traumas and surgeries, life pushed me in a new direction, one where I had to fight to get my mobility, my strength, and my health back.
What began as recovery turned into a mission. I became a certified health coach and personal trainer, focused on helping older adults take control of their health; not just for today, but for the years ahead.
I’ve walked the same path many of my clients are on: joint pain, muscle loss, weight gain, and frustration. I’ve felt invisible. I’ve felt stuck. And I know how powerful it is to get your body and your life back.
That’s why I started Aging Boldly: a movement (and a membership) to help people 60 and beyond reclaim purpose, power, and possibilities. Through it, and my partnership with the most clinically proven wellness company in the world, I’m helping people over 60 reclaim their energy, vitality, and joy.
