Hi, I’m Dean, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: you’re never too old, too far gone, or too busy to take back control of your health.
Years ago, I was facing my own set of challenges: multiple surgeries, enormous weight gain due to 20 years of corticosteroids for asthma control, and tons of wear and tear on my joints. Pain and stiffness were my daily companions. My energy was at rock bottom. Even simple things, like getting out of a chair or walking up stairs, felt harder than they should.
I knew something had to change, not just for how I looked, but for how I felt and how I wanted to live the rest of my life. So I got to work.
I dove deep into learning everything I could about the science of healthy aging. I studied, I tested, I worked with mentors, and I put proven strategies into action. I even partnered with a health and wellness company, and their science-backed supplements became part of my recovery and my long-term health plan.
Slowly but surely, my flexibility improved, my strength returned, and my confidence grew. Today, I’m not just living with less pain, I’m living with more purpose. I can hike, kayak, and enjoy time with my grandkids without worrying about my body holding me back.
Now, through my company, Aging Boldly, I help others over 60 reclaim their energy, mobility, and strength. Because I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck, and I know what it takes to get your life back.
